Throughout the 2009-2010 school year, we are offering a series of workshops and discussions where teachers will learn what goes on behind the scenes in some of New York City’s foremost history museums.  Participants will meet historians, curators, and museum educators to learn how they piece together clues to develop and utilize exhibits and write historical accounts. Working with museum staff and colleagues, teachers will engage in their own history investigations.  Books and materials provided.
